  4. Jackson; for skimming $650,000 from restaurants he owns and
  5. offering to pay a street gang to kill the man who exposed the
  6. scheme; by a federal grand jury in Chicago. Robinson is appealing
  7. a South Carolina conviction for ordering the murder of a witness
  8. to the killing of a former employee. The victim was stabbed but
  9. survived.
